The ever-popular Rotary Club of Mt. Pleasant Radio Auction is here. This year’s fundraiser will be broadcast live on WCZY 104.3 FM radio from 5:00 - 9:00 pm on Tuesday, October 17th. Listen all day for auction item updates and information.

ONLINE BIDDING
1. Do not pre-register online unless you are actually bidding on an item. Your registration will not be associated with our auction if you don’t bid.
2. We are using the same online system as we have used the last two years. If you are already in the system from a previous year, you do not need to register again. You may sign in using your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, you may obtain a new one by entering your email address.
3. Emails and Text Messages: You must check the necessary boxes as you register to receive emails or text messages during the live auction.
4. To register and bid by phone, call (989) 772-6555 on the night of the auction.
 
Bidding:
• You may browse items without registering as a bidder.
• You may bid online via computer or smart phone, or call in during the live broadcast.
• Phone bidders: If you call in, please be prepared with the item number you want to bid on. The Rotarian answering your call will get you registered and place your bid for you.
• ALL BIDDERS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR EXPIRATION DATES OR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS AS AS DIRECTED BY THE CERTIFICATES. Most have one year expiration dates.
• If you win an auction item, we will contact you in the days following the auction.

Pickup and Payment:
You may pick up your items at Isabella Community Credit Union, 2400 South Isabella Rd in Mt. Pleasant, on October 19-21. Pickup times are as follows:
 
Thursday, October 19th 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday, October 20th  9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday, October 21st 9:00 am - 12:00 noon
DO NOT COME IN ON WEDNESDAY, as we will be making calls and sending emails that day.
