RYLA

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and districts where individuals can develop their leadership skills while having fun and making connections. The Rotary Club of Mt. Pleasant collaborates with Rotary District 6310 to provide a 5-day leadership retreat for students entering 11th or 12th grade in the next school year. Students entering 12th grade also have an opportunity to apply for a RYLA Scholarship. Within District 6310, the RYLA retreat takes place at Camp Rotary in Clare, Michigan and is typically held in June. Participants are invited and selected on a nomination basis.
